Eidolon Associates provides technical consulting, including but not limited to vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and incident response. All services are performed under a specific Statement of Work (SOW) which governs the scope and rules of engagement.

You represent and warrant that you possess the necessary legal authority to authorize Eidolon Associates to perform security testing on the designated systems and networks. You agree to indemnify us against any claims arising from a lack of such authorization.

Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding any sensitive information disclosed during an engagement. Eidolon Associates employs zero-trust security policies and strict data compartmentalization to protect client data.

While we operate with the highest standard of care, security testing inherently involves risks. Eidolon Associates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from our services, including system downtime or data loss, unless resulting from gross negligence.
